1. Scope
This policy explains how Repliclick handles information in the Windows application, on this website, and when you contact support. Repliclick has no separate user account, cloud synchronization, advertising, or analytics service.
2. Information handled by the Windows app
When you create a recording, Repliclick stores the information needed to replay the workflow. Depending on the actions you choose, this can include:
- recording names and creation or update times;
- selected screen-target images, screen coordinates, display details, and matching information;
- mouse clicks, scroll actions, timing, and replay settings;
- text you deliberately enter into a recorded text-input step; and
- local settings and the date on which you accepted the first-recording disclosure.
Screen targets and recorded text can contain personal or confidential information if it is visible in the area you select or entered into a recorded step. Do not record passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive content.
3. Local storage and use
Repliclick uses this information only to display, edit, and replay your saved workflows. Recordings are stored in a local SQLite database and image files under the current Windows user's local application-data folder. Repliclick does not upload, transmit, sell, rent, or use recorded content for advertising, profiling, or product analytics.
4. Microsoft Store trial and purchase
Microsoft Store handles account authentication, the seven-day trial, purchase, installation, licensing, and updates. Repliclick reads only the license state needed to determine whether the app is active, whether it is a trial, and when the trial expires. Repliclick does not receive your payment details or Microsoft account credentials. Microsoft handles its own data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
5. Website and support
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, accounts, or contact forms. The hosting provider may process standard technical request data—such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages—to deliver and secure the website.
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them only to answer your request, investigate problems, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or share recorded workflow content. Information may be processed by Microsoft for Store services, by the website or email hosting providers for their respective services, or disclosed when required by law. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Your controls and deletion
You choose what to record and when to replay it. Deleting a recording in Repliclick removes its database entries and captured target images. To remove all local Repliclick data, close the app and delete the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Repliclick folder. You can request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us, subject to any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.
8. Security
Recorded content remains inside the current Windows user profile and is protected by the security controls of your Windows account and device. Repliclick does not separately encrypt its local database or target images. Keep your Windows account protected, enable device encryption where appropriate, and avoid recording sensitive content.
9. Children
Repliclick is a general-purpose productivity application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Repliclick's features or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
